- Who is responsible
- Evolvia, Kaunas, Lithuania. Questions and requests: info@evolvia.lt.
- What data, and why
- Your name, email address and the text of your message. Only what you type in yourself. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote.
- Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Who else sees it
- The form is run by Formspree (USA), whose system delivers the message to our inbox. The website is hosted by Vercel. We pass it to no one else and never sell it.
- How long we keep it
- For as long as we are corresponding, and up to 12 months after that. We delete it sooner if you ask.
- Your rights
- You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Just write to us. If you are not happy with the reply, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
- Visitor statistics
- We only see how many times pages are opened. For that we use Vercel Analytics. It stores nothing in your browser, builds no profile of you and does not follow you to other websites. We cannot see who you are.
- Cookies
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The only things we store in your browser are two choices of yours: light or dark theme, and the site language, and only when you switch them yourself. That is why there is no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
